Purchased a "Pay in Advance" package for six bags of coffee after the holidays. Pricing is right in line with what I'd pay at my local co-op. Coffee was always delivered fresh, and the selections were superb. Love the flexibility of being able to tweak my upcoming deliveries, and really appreciate being able to pre-pay for a number of bags without having to commit to a subscription.I had a question about my last order so went to the website and opened the chat widget. The AI chat bot was helpful (!) and redirected me after one question to a support rep (!!) who provided an answer promptly and in real-time (!!!).Extremely happy with the product and service, and will be purchasing some more coffee in the future from Trade.
