Ordered special Christmas Order which was to be 12 bottles red wine, bottle opener, free delivery and vouchers both for myself and a friend on next case which was a very good deal and so I paid more than I usually pay for a case of wine to get the deal. Delivery within 2 days it said.Waited and waited, didn't arrive. Called 4 days later and very lovely customer service lady apologised, wasnt sure what had happened and would get in touch with warehouse. She would take delivery charge off, which she did.I then called back as should not have been charged delivery charge anyway. Received order, no bottle opener, no vouchers. She sent the bottle opener out to me separately, very apologetic. Said that the vouchers would be emailed. I said I must receive them before Christmas so that my friend could buy a case for that reason and I would buy another, as not drinking after Christmas. She said they would be sent before then.Christmas came and went, no vouchers, checked junk mail, nothing. I have emailed them twice since and all has been ignored. Despite the lady on the phone's good customer service manner, the actual service let them down. i would no way have paid that much for a case of wine. Will not be buying from them again after being a good customer for years.
