Ordered the MasMacia Cava and when it arrived the best before was Jan 2026 leaving me with 4 days before the date passed. This was news to me as I always believed alcohol like Cava doesn't have a BB date. I raised it to customer service and they were apologetic about the issue and offered an alternative to me. I cannot fault how good the customer service was..really easy and respectable to deal with and a solution offered immediately. Just knocking a star because I didn't get what I ordered which is what I wanted and near to gone off produce should never be sold without warning for potential safety issues that can come from consuming if I hadn't checked the bottle.
