We ordered directly through Traces for the first time as other online retailers (Drinkwell) did not have the product (prosecco) in stock. We ordered a case of prosecco. They sent us 7 bottles of white and rose wine. We emailed them three times, contacted them through their webpage, Instagram and Facebook and left a voicemail at their number. We even attached a photo of what they had sent (which is all still sitting in our hallway in the original box). They ignored all contact. It will now be reported to our bank as fraudulent.
