Customer service is very good. Had an issue with a wine I bought I wanted to return as I didn’t like it. Unfortunately their system was down so hadn’t heard back. They eventually contacted me and I was allowed to return the unused wine. Abi at customer service was very prompt and helpful and even sent me a little sample pack to try out.
