I have ordered from them for a good year - maybe more and the service varies from mediocre to poor. I foolishly agreed to a subscription service. The order was taken and on the specified date the money was taken from my account. No wine, no contact, no reply to multiple emails, no reply from their online chat, nor any response to multiple phone calls. They really should not take the money until the order is dispatched. SO i can only imagine this is a business in extreme distress, maybe it has gone bust. My last recourse will be to get onto my credit card company and see what they can do...
