Well I hate to write negative reviews but I felt this needs to be heard. I joined this casino four months ago and played consistently. I ran into small issues but eventually were resolved however recently this involved deposited/credited issues where I made three deposits that were never credited to my account but had been received and notified to the casino by a third party payment processor. I informed them about it and they were not nice about it and would ask the weirdest requests for example sending a QR code for the deposits in an email which makes no sense coming from a Canadian bank/country. I contacted the third party vendor and they showed me confirmation of my deposits and the notification to the casino. But eventually the casino support became lazy and useless to the point where they don’t care about you and just tell you to wait and the lie straight to your face saying that it’s the third party’s fault. Please be aware and trust other projects/casinos.
