I ordered from Drip Bible and was very disappointed with both the quality of the items and the customer service. When the order arrived, the products were not as expected, so I requested a refund within the 30-day return window. Despite their website clearly advertising "hassle-free 30 day return policy" and "30 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied". They have refused to give me the return instructions and claimed refunds are only available if items are damaged or faulty. This completely contradicts their published policy.I have now had to escalate the matter to my bank for a chargeback, as Drip Bible would not honour their own guarantee. Very disappointing experience-I would not recommend ordering from them.
