After reading all about what they offer I book a hydration IV appointment for my husband who is severely dehydrated due to cancer. After scheduling, paying up front and in the areas for special instructions told them he had a port. They process the transaction, email confirmation and receipt. Shortly after I received a phone call from them and they tell me that unless I have a note from his oncologist they won’t be able to treat him. Why not put that information on the website? Then they tell me they will issue a refund which I should receive in about 5-7 days. So not only could they not help my husband but we also have to wait a week to get our money back!
