After normal use, the plating began to peel, revealing discoloration underneath. Despite providing photos and the guarantee card, my claim was denied because I couldn't provide original order details. These requirements were not mentioned in the warranty terms. Customer support was polite but would not assess the claim without original purchase data, making the warranty seem meaningless for second-hand purchases or lost receipts. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles its warranty.
