My bracelet broke less than two weeks after delivery. Customer support denied my warranty claim by looking at a photo and claiming 'external pressure' (I was just taking off my jacket).They refused a refund or replacement and only offered store credit. This violates Dutch consumer law regarding the burden of proof in the first year. Great marketing, terrible product durability and support.
