I ordered an item and it never arrived, I sent an email asking why the item wasn't moving and their response was to contact the shipping company so I did and the shipping company replied that they had the shipping label ordered but they never received the item that was supposed to be sent. So at the end I had to make a complain to the method I used to pay for the item so they didn't release the payment and after that Drippy was offering me store credit as a refund which I declined. I think the customer service was poor and the fact that they just didn't handle the item to the shipping company was careless and if I didn't contact the shipping company I would have lost more time and my money.
