I ordered a couple of pairs of mules for my wife because she saw them on facebook. The mules don’t fit and even though they say they have a 30 day no questions asked return policy, when I tried to invoke it, they said they would give me a discount code because it cost too much to send them back.Update: DritNow replied saying that I should contact their customer support email and they would “take care of everything.” I had already done this and got nothing. Then I get an email saying that they will give me a 10% refund. I refused it.
