I feel utterly deceived out of more than 700 euros. The vehicle had damage prior to my pickup, and when I inquired about it, the representative assured me it would all be documented. Anticipating problems, I recorded a video before leaving. However, upon my return months later, I was charged over 700 euros for damages, and my deposit was not refunded. Despite providing video proof with timestamps indicating it was taken before I drove off, they claim it’s not enough. I highly recommend avoiding this service to save your money.
