I decided to give them another opportunity despite a terrible experience earlier this year. Unfortunately, things got even worse. First, I encountered a very unfriendly interaction at the counter, which I expected given the reputation of the company.
Then, I received a vehicle with a fuel tank that was not full, despite being told to return it with a full tank. I assumed this meant I would be reimbursed for the extra fuel, similar to how I would be charged for returning it with less fuel, so I returned it full. It was no surprise when I later received an email stating that fuel reimbursement was not an option.
