I rented a vehicle from this company and while check-in was fine, I had to inspect the dirty car myself. The agent was unhelpful and too preoccupied with their phone. Upon checkout, no one was present, and I was later charged for damages that were already there. This company is dishonest and charges for damages you didn't cause. Avoid at all costs!
