Excellent service. We called on the day of pick up to see if we were able to pick the vehicle up early and were told our vehicle had not yet been returned. We were offered an upgrade at a small chage which we happily took. On returning the vehicle the transfer across to Launceston airport was effortless and we couldn't have been happier. Will definately use again when we visit the beautiful state. Thank you.
