The actual car and owner (Antonio) at the Sun Prairie branch was above and beyond wonderful- its the Oscar platform that was so beyond terrible. We called to book, sent through our insurance details it kept throwing a "mismatched address" error the women on the phone said it would be fine to just go to the branch- we spent another hour there- where they need your insurance login and pass word (weren't told this before we left home- didn't have my login saved on my phone), and then decided that our insurance was not good enough (we regularly rent- every other insurance company has been fine with our insurance)- they also could not validate my husbands drivers license (again, every other insurance company is fine with his license). Will never rent through the Oscar platform again because of all these problems. Antonio on the other hand was so helpful through this horrible situation with Oscar.
