I reached out to various offices about job openings and eventually connected with an agent. After completing the online registration and receiving a Terms of Engagement, I waited days without any communication despite multiple follow-ups. When I finally heard back, I was told my documents were missing, even though I had submitted them. I resent everything as requested, but then I was told the position had been filled because I hadn’t confirmed my interest. After expressing my continued interest, I was promised a call back which never came. It feels like I've been misled by a company more interested in collecting profiles than providing actual job opportunities.
