I’m extremely disappointed in DriveSmart’s handling of my refund request. I submitted the request in January and was told in May that my refund—$XXXX.XX—had been calculated and was awaiting a mail-out date. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times with no response.I work in finance, and I regularly handle refunds and customer payments. Delays of this length are simply unheard of in any reputable company. Not only is the process inefficient, but there’s also been a complete lack of accountability and transparency.What’s worse—there’s no phone number to reach this department, no supervisor available, and no escalation process. All communications have stopped, and I still haven’t received my refund.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Customer trust is earned through action and integrity—and sadly, this experience has shown me neither.
