I'm truly shocked I had to give a star!! £30 for 4-6 weeks and nothing! I used a free app and changed my son’s test within two hours on a Sunday! This service is really disappointing, and their site is not functional. Save yourself from wasting £30. I complained, and they offered some random excuses! Clearly, it’s either my fault or the fault of the agency!! They even suggested I used another app! Which I hadn’t until today! I have received no updates!! 16 days have passed and still nothing!! The other site got a cancellation within 2 hours!! For free!! That’s my point!! I’m tired of these unreliable websites promising what they cannot deliver. Don’t provide date ranges you can’t meet before taking payment! What if I wanted a test before Christmas!! Since paying £30, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. Only after my complaint did I get a response!! Please remove me from your ridiculous list and refund my money!! It feels like daylight robbery!!
