Last May I ended up in the hospital with what I thought was a heart attack. Thank goodness it wasn’t. I knew something had to change!I just finished the four month program. For me, it was a very very worthy program. I started this journey with no energy, literally couldn’t think straight, my bones ached & I felt awful. Everything prior just didn’t work.I knew I had to do something. I literally felt the Lord led me to HHA.The program’s incremental way of changing your thought processes and eating habits was remarkable. I’m an educated person and this whole program just made sense. Last weekend I went to my 50th high school reunion. I felt terrific. My mind was clearer than it had been in years. I was able to reminisce and was more articulate than I had been in a really long time. This program helped me think of food differently and learn the truth about fats. I can’t believe all my life I have thought about food in such an unhealthy way. Oh, & by he the way, I have lost 30 pounds to boot.
