I am a post menopausal woman and have worked out 5-6 days a week that includes heavy lifting and HIIT training for 5 years and was not able to drop body fat and lose the 30 lbs that I wanted to lose. I have been full blown carnivore for 6 months, then Keto for a year and have not been able to lose weight, in fact I had continual weight gain over We deal months. I was not able to have normal bowel movements in years. I started the program and am now in phase 4 week 2 and I have lost 23 lbs in 2 months. I have not seen those kind of results ever. The major changes I made in addition to taking all the prescribed vitamins were; instead of skipping breakfast and doing fasted morning workouts I made myself eat breakfast everyday before a workout and even on non workout days and I ate lunch around 12:00 or 1:00 and didn’t eat anything for the rest of the day until the next morning which is around 5:00 am. My husband and I would walk 3 miles every night instead of eating dinner. We’re not giving up our family time together, we’re actually spending more time with each other by walking. Eating is maybe 10 minutes and walking is 1 hour. I followed the recommendations on the HHA option 2 and cut out all dairy and coffee and I thought it would be hard, but it wasn’t at all. I was able to get all of my protein requirements in by adding Equip Prime protein powder and grass fed collagen to my coconut yogurt and blueberries. I ate the same exact breakfast ever day for 2 months and still eating it. I am guessing my body was just not primed and I couldn’t detox, I also have the MTHFR gene. Consistency is key. I meal prepped every Sunday and my lunch consists of 6 oz of a lean meat, an avocado and roasted sweet potatoes and a kombucha. I had already been trying to heal my gut with proper foods before I started this program and wasn’t able to lose any weight. I will tell you that I’m a very disciplined person with an all or nothing mentality and this program wasn’t that hard for me. Again, I have done EVERYTHING right before starting this program, very rigid eating hard core working out(sometimes 2 a day) , no breads, pasta, sugar, pops for at least1 year with no luck. This organ definitely worked for me. I have never paid that kind of money on a program and never thought I would, but I am so glad I did now. My health practitioner Janelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. I know this was a long review but it really is hard to put it into words what this program has done.
