The products and counselors are top notch. Janelle and Renee were very helpful to keep me moving forward. My weight loss has been OK - a little less than I expected, but I am satisfied. Other health issues are slowly improving. The reason I didn't rate a 5-start is the number of things to schedule - pills (HHA and my Rx), Zoom meetings, food, diet, and meals. The program is well structured. Prioritizing each facet was a big effort for me.
