Dr Kerim was fantastic but the hospital treatment was awful, I had a nurse attempting to take my catheter out while I was sleeping, another nurse woke me up by stabbing me with an injection that I had no idea what it was, on the first day I was there a nurse tied my arm so hard it bruised, she then slapped my arm to get my vein up, and then put a needle in my arm that missed my vein so when I was given fluids my arm came up with a strange reaction, what scared me the most just before I had my operation I was wheeled into a room where I could see other people being operated on, but I want to make it clear that Dr Kerim and the after care team was amazing cannot fault them but the hospital stay was horrendous, I made a friend with another patient and she wasn’t happy either with the care so I know it wasn’t me other thinking,
