Livingood Daily is finally a way to fix your body, but you must do the work. The book is a great read and I am not a reader. At 73, I am going to the gym and starting to fail. No energy. Unable to do much exercising but walk, which walking is good. I am now halfway through the 21 day meal plan. I feel so much better. Healthy foods, NO sugar, and a wonderful 10 minute workout daily. This book offers so much more. It is all up to you to make a change. Get on board and remove the toxins out of your food and water by following what you learn. Thank you, Dr Livingood.
