I wasn’t sure at first about travelling to turkey for the surgery. The price was very enticing compared to Australia but I wanted to be sure I was safe. I joined the group on fb to see others experience and gain more knowledge. I ended up connecting with someone in my town, who actually ended up knowing my partner. She had nothing but positive things to say so I took the leap.
I flew solo. I was nervous getting into the transfers and not knowing the language, but once at the hospital everyone spoke English and if they didn’t they always had google translate.
Every process is thoroughly explained. All tests done. I had my surgery the second day after I arrived. Tests the first day followed by surgery. Everything went well. Pain was actually much more minimal than I expected.
After care is amazing. Everything is explained to you and all your questions answered.
I ended up flying home on day 4 by personal choice and it was totally fine. I’ve had zero complications 4 months later and have already lost 27 kilos.
The hospital itself is incredible. It’s like nothing I’ve seen before. So clean!! You’re well looked after. They know exactly what you need before you even have to ask for it!!
I would 100% recommend Dr Doğan and his team. The whole operation is runs so smoothly and cohesively.
I will definitely be going back based on their recommendations for surgery for tummy tuck/ breasts etc when I am ready.
