I wrote to ask DMs why my black work shoes are white underneath when I accidentally scuffed them. This was not something I'd expect to see in a leather shoe. I wasn't asking to replace or return them, just the best way to cover the white as wax and polish didn't work.Unless I produced a receipt (who keeps a receipt after 2 years!), they were not interested in helping and I was promptly dismissed. Dr Martens brand are really poor quality now compared to a couple of decades ago when they'd last for years. That's it for me now. I'm never buying another thing from them if they have no care to help a customer who only wanted to make the shoes look better.
