Bought the black heart bag from Dr martens. I was pleased with my purchase up until now. I've had the bag for 2 years and the clasp off the strap has broken. I have been in touch with Dr martens and they have said there is nothing they can do. They don't stock replacement straps. I would expect the clasp to last longer than what it has.I now have a bag I can't use and got no help from customer service. It would be interesting to know if other people have had this problem. £120 is now wasted
