Really wish I had read these reviews! Customer service and after sales is diabolical. Been waiting for a replacement / refund for a pair of damaged boots for months and months. I was offered this by their after sales team. Then told I couldn’t have a replacement so would be given money back. I reordered the item in good faith. Still no refund…… Nobody seems to know what the heck they are doing. I have now spent £360 on 1 pair of boots. I continue to try to escalate but they are appalling
