I purchased a refurbished phantom 4 pro + and received it on 28th September. It became obvious the following day that there were issues with it. I attempted to contact them via their contact page , sending 4 emails. On 3rd October I sent further emails and it was finally responded on 4th October. I was given three suggestions to rectify the fault, I.e. no GPS, and completed their advice. Nothing changed and no GPS was possible regardless of location. They passed me onto Dji, and that is yet another example of how not to treat customers , and they received my review accordingly. The drone was advertised as fully refurbished, new everything and the standard guarantee applied. Drone Nerds failed to tell me that I had to pay a further 316.57 euros in order to receive the drone when delivered, import tax! That made the refurbished drone the same cost as if purchasing a brand new one via Amazon! This company is a cowboy outfit with absolutely no consideration for its customers, despicable support policy and should not be allowed to trade with the general public. They have sold an item unfit for purpose intended and simply ceased responding to my attempts to make further contact. Do not buy from this ‘company’!
