"I had a complicated journey trying to buy the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Originally, I ordered it from another store, but the delivery failed because DPD doesn't work well here on the islands. I was so frustrated until I found this shop. Not only was the price better, but the customer service was on another level!
I reached out and asked if they could send it specifically via Royal Mail to ensure it actually reaches me. They were so understanding and went out of their way to accommodate my request.
