I would rate this as 0 stars if possible, as I never received the poster! It was sent back to the sender, and despite providing proof from two separate tracking sites, I was denied a refund. After they mentioned checking with someone else, they completely stopped responding.
I really love the design. However, when I opened the flat cardboard mailer it was sent in, I found that one corner of the print was bent. There was only an extra cardboard insert on one side of the print inside the mailer. If there had been another piece of cardboard on the opposite side, it might have prevented this damage. It's quite disappointing.
The large artwork was incorrectly framed, with the attachment points positioned incorrectly. Additionally, another print was not cut properly, revealing uneven white shades along the edges, which gives it a cheap and unprofessional appearance. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. I feel somewhat deceived given the cost.
The print I received is of outstanding quality and arrived quickly and securely, packaged in a tube to prevent any damage. I would certainly think about purchasing my next print from this seller. The artist whose work I bought directed me to the platform, so I feel confident that the funds support the artist, which is important to me.
I've ordered from them several times and the quality has always been excellent and the deliveries prompt. I did have to set a filter for their emails, so I would suggest they allow customers to adjust the frequency of marketing emails. Receiving one a month would be sufficient given the volume of new products. I don’t purchase new items multiple times a week, so frequent emails are unnecessary. I won't deduct a star for this, as many businesses make similar oversights. The product quality is impressive, and I truly enjoy the prints. I look forward to ordering more in the future.
The website offers a pleasant user experience with an appealing design that complements the products, making it easy to find what you want and complete your purchase. It's also reassuring to know that purchasing from the platform supports the artist. However, the frequent promotional emails clutter my inbox and contribute to an unnecessary online footprint, as each spam email can generate up to 0.3 grams of carbon dioxide. The delivery service leaves much to be desired; I had to wait a month and a half for my order. The posters are high-quality prints with colors that match their online representation, but the paper could be thicker considering their price.
I purchased three images, one of which was framed. Truly impressive! I highly suggest opting for the framed options as they are excellent quality. I deducted one star because the two unframed images and the framed one arrived separately, about a week apart.
I have yet to receive my order, which is still in transit and a week overdue. The carrier has not been responsive to my inquiries. How am I supposed to provide feedback on the service without having received my order?
I really liked the posters and the overall experience. As someone new to understanding sizes, it would be helpful to visualize how the size would appear on a wall during selection. I mistakenly picked the smaller size instead of the larger one, but I'm still quite satisfied with my choice.
