So I recently won a giveaway in their platform by doing their task and actually earning the prize by fair means but they denied my price saying I am using multiple account which was false but my name had alt in it so it could be confusing but it was my only account. Then I later get a call from my brother telling me his account also got banned even thought he had nothing to do with it. The worst part is they never tried to listen my request and just ghosted my everywhere from discord to their own platform. Horrible customer service.Edited: First of all thank you for finally responding and listening what I wanted to say but as I have already told I was using just 1 main account on my device and my brother on his own device the ip could match as we are on same wi-fi and as per the similarities what is it can you explain. What I want to know is how do we proceed from here, will I get a unban or not.
