Don’t respect delays or they contractDecember 29th I talked with Sarah to have a Shopify store done ! Payment was made ! Some fishy about the contract so I made them clarify that because Payment was cashed by a third party ! In the contract it was stipulated that you can get your refunds in full if they were not delivering the services for which you paid for ! February 9 Sean has so much excuses for the why the store was not finished and up dated that I decided to cancel all services ! So Sianna Scott from Dropeasesolution the third party says that if a wanted to have my full refund I had to delete my comment in here ! Which I agree on! So on t February 19 th She then send me 2 copies of the request for the refund stating that it will take between 8 to 10 days for me to have my refund . Of course the ten days pass and I haven’t received any refund! So on March 4 I emailed her back ! She said she forwarded my request to give them 48 hours ! Which I did ! I didn’t get any respond now it’s March 7 ! I didn’t received anything no response and no refund ! I’m waiting to get 999usd ! Don’t work with them they don’t respect delays when work is suppose to be done and the don’t respect the contract either ! A week from the 8 to 10 delays and still no refunds! Be carefull ! making a complaint to USA fraud department!
