I’ve had a positive experience with the service. The interface is user-friendly, and the Competitor Research tool offers insights that are difficult to find elsewhere. I particularly appreciate the browser extension for quick store analysis. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I hope to see it expand beyond certain platforms in the future, but for its current capabilities, it’s excellent. Definitely worth the subscription!
