The service is a f.ing joke!At the moment we are still in an cooperation with vidaxl, but we are trying to cancel it. Not only that you have to pay extra for every country you are planning to ship. When its time to refund the money, because the quality is very poor, and the customers aren't satisfied, then you have to write 20+ emails to get the money out of their account!! Not only that you can't find a support number, they have several email addresses on the site, but anytime you want to write them, they transfer you to another department. That department on the other hand, doesn't respond. Only if you bomb them with emails. The Chat is quite nice though, but can't do nothing only answer your questions, but can't do anything about it. Whats the point of chatsupport that doesn't support?Long story short - after the 20st email they wrote me back to highly recommend to me that I leave the funds in the account but if we still want to refund the customer we should pay 5 Euro for the payout.I think they don't understand what dropshipping means For this answer I fought since the first week of June, and we still don't got the money. That's absolutely unacceptable behavior for a supplier. Long story short, we now are facing problems with customers, Shopify payments and Paypal, because of their lack of interest and competence. Also the company isn't in Netherlands, that's only to scam customers. All the support contacts are asian descent, so maybe it would be better to go straight to AliExpress or else. Please save your money nerves and credibility and don't plan on working with them. EDIT after response: They did reach out but only gave us the money that belongs to our customers for the refunds, but because the customers had to wait more then one month for a refund we wanted the refund of the monthly subscription too, because they don’t provide the service they advertise for. The business is gone because of their „service“ and we have additional costs because of that. The response of they reached out and found a settlement is not true. We only got the money back that our customers paid for the goods, but why we had to beg for? We are just sick of this and want to move forward. Emails that I wrote in the beginning of June are only now responded to. First they marked our trustpilot review as a fraud - when they realized that this didn‘t worked they posted this generic response. NO - we aren’t satisfied with the provided support. Send us back the monthly subscriptions at least for the timeframe we asked for!!
