We have worked with VidaXL for several years and until early 2022 the service was pretty good with the exception of the large % or orders that arrive damaged or missing parts. Although frustrating for end users and time consuming they were at least rectified reasonably quickly. Unfortunately as of early 2022 the service deteriorated quite significantly. - Times to dispatch orders increased dramatically sometimes out to 10 days before orders were shipped.Stock control seemed to go completely haywire with the product feed bearing no relation to what was in stock.Customer Service became almost non-existent beyond 'cut and paste' replies that offered no useful information at all. Account managers now 'unavailable' Refunds for returns or replacements no longer processed automatically and require constant chasingNo Parts available for many products so meaning the whole thing has to be returned just because a small part is missing or damaged which is wasteful of everyones time and just adds cost. We hope that things will improve and return to previous standards quickly the service is currently not competitive with other providers of similar services while product range is very similar.
