**update**Customer service at drowsy have since been in contact and were able to quickly resolve the issue. Resent item which arrived next dayThey stated my emails were initially going to their spam folder which was why they did not respond..___Awful customer service, very expensive product that was never delivered. Sent via Yodel and apparently left in a “safe place” in my porch. Very interesting as I don’t have a porch. Yodel then stated it was left outside my front door. Obviously not a safe place and has been stolen, and I still don’t believe it was left at the right address as Yodel can’t even give a consistent version of eventsWhy would you send such an expensive item via such an unreliable courier? Three emails and an online customer service form sent to Drowsy and still not a single responseWill continue to pursue further action until resolvedReally misleading marketing, a supposedly premium product with anything but premium customer service. Avoid at all costs or risk losing £70+ on a sleep mask, the stress will definitely keep you up at night as opposed to help you sleep!
