I purchased the Drowsysleepco Sleep Mask (midnight blue). The mask initially included a carry pouch but that changed last year according to Drowsy, but the price remains $79 prior to tax, and shipping cost. Overpriced yes! Moreover, customer service did not respond to any inquiries. Later I tried to purchase the carry pouch separately another $28 along with the overpriced shipping requirement. Nothing special about this mask in my opinion. I do like that my eyes are well covered but I do not like that it snags my hair with each use. I was under the impression the mask still came with the pouch (removed in 2023). Maybe then it'd be worth what Drowsy charges!Update: July 10, 2024. Per request I did email Drowsy again, and Olly offered me a carrying pouch for my Drowsy sleep mask free of charge. He was very nice throughout our correspondence, and I truly appreciate the gift. I left off one star because of my initial experience but I'm very grateful for the resolve. Thank you Olly of Drowsy Sleep.
