Absolutely love my sleep mask, it is true that when you put it on you feel an immediate calm and comfort and it does help to get me off to sleep and more importantly , stay asleep even when the sun is rising.Unfortunately I left mine at a holiday let and it wasn’t returned to me and so I’m buying another one as I now cannot be without it.
