The product is excellent but the delivery service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. No regular updates on delivery and I had to chase my first order. Then I placed a second order and had to send 3 emails before I got an answer, this was two weeks in from placing my order. That’s not good customer care or good business for a high end product. I’m still waiting for my order.
