I managed to redeem points for discount codes to use on their platform, but the service inexplicably allows only one code per order, and the shipping costs are so steep that a $10 code barely reduces the merchandise price by $1.47. I have $45 in codes that will remain unused because of the service's strict limitations and high shipping charges. To make matters worse, the platform requires credit card payments but adds an extra three-percent fee for using one. If this is how the service treats its customers, who would want to engage with them? (Just for clarity, I don't consume their product, but my spouse seems to enjoy it for some reason.)
