I went to Dr Serkan Aygın Clinic for a consultation with Rayan, who was very lovely and attentive. I explained that I wanted a sharp, defined hairline. Rayan called Dr Serkan, who came into the office briefly. He was told what I wanted, tapped my shoulder, said “good luck, you can go to another clinic,” and walked out as if angry.
After leaving, I overheard Dr Serkan speaking in a very angry tone in another language to the staff. I was completely confused. Rayan explained that Dr Serkan prefers a more natural look rather than an “artificial” style, but I felt shocked that a potential patient was treated that way. Some staff mentioned he has temper issues.
I decided not to go ahead with the procedure and requested a refund. They kept £250 for the deposit and another £250 because I left before entering the operation room, which felt unfair.
Ultimately, I went to Smile Hair Clinic, and the experience there was excellent — the procedure, support, accommodation, and overall care were all handled professionally.
While Rayan was great, I cannot recommend the clinic due to the behavior I experienced and the lack of transparent, respectful communication from the surgeon.
