On 24/01/25 I traveled from London to Turkey to fix my hernia. The clinic promised me that a nurse would be with me 24 hours a day and that I wouldn’t need anyone else. Four days later after I my hernia surgery. I changed my flight and decided to do additional procedures — breast augmentation and a temporal eye lift.The moment they received the money, the Dr Süleyman Ozer rushed in, drew some quick lines, and everything felt chaotic and unprofessional. I was scared and wanted to change my mind, but at that point I felt I couldn’t step back. After surgery, I remember being pulled around by nurses, vomiting, and lying in a hospital bed for four days in terrible pain. During that time, the doctor and his team never checked on me once. On Tuesday the doctor finally appeared and admitted he had been away on holiday while I was suffering.He was in a rush, ordered a blood transfusion, and pushed to send me to the hotel. When I complained about my left eye, he didn’t even examine me — he just said “everything is normal.” Later in London, I understood that my eye had actually been damaged with something sharp. I could have lost my eye.They also charged me extra for things like painkillers and garments, which should have been included. My breast scars are horrible, and worst of all, my hernia was never properly fixed. I suffered eight months of pain, got an infection, and finally required an emergency surgery in London to repair the hernia.I trusted this clinic with my health and my life, and what I experienced was negligence and indifference. Please, if you value your health, do not make the same mistake I did. Do your research and never trust empty promises. What they call “normal” is not normal — it is dangerous.
