I’m sorry to have to leave this rating. On August 4, 2025, I paid for the “Art Codes” course. To this day, I still have not received access to the course.
In the meantime, I provided your team with a bank statement proving that the payment was successfully completed. Unfortunately, your responses have either stopped completely or consist of excuses that the person who previously replied is absent — while I can clearly see her active in the webinar chat.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and it strongly gives the impression of a scam.
