Paid £8.99 for express delivery for a Christmas present that was ordered in plenty of time and it hasn't arrived. Contacted Druids and it took them best part of a day to get back to me saying it hasn’t even been dispatched yet ans they will flag to the warehouse. What good is that to me? Its a Christmas present that now wont arrive in time and possibly will never arrive. On the response back to me they just copied and pasted a standard response but failed to even change the name and said ‘hi Craig’ my name isn't Craig and i am a female!! Terrible all round. Do not order from them. A complete con! Why offer express delivery when they cant even dispatch it and deliver it in time. Appauling!!
