I wish I had thought to check these reviews first. When something looks too good to be true, it usually is! The products are excellent value, but the customer service is very much the opposite. I ordered an Ambassador pack in March and was very happy with the quality and value. Encouraged by this, I ordered more items a week later. However, the experience quickly unravelled. There was no communication for weeks and no delivery. The chat line didn't work, and when I emailed, I received a reply stating that the email account was no longer valid. After searching for another means of communication, I found an alternative email address. Long story short, I received a partial order in May, (originally ordered in March) but two items were still outstanding. When I enquired about the outstanding items, it took days to receive a response. I was informed that the items were no longer available and a credit was issued onto a gift card via email, again with no prior communication. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service and lack of communication and was offered a refund to my original payment method. I confirmed that I would prefer this as I had lost confidence in their business model. Despite this, they are now refusing to refund to my original payment method because the gift card has been issued. At no point did I agree to accept a refund via gift card.For information, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles the buyer to a refund when the supplier is unable to fulfil the order. I have written to formally request a refund to my original payment method.For anyone who likes a simple transaction, stay away. I am now in a battle to have MY money refunded when they've had it for two months already.
