Ordered over a week and a half ago payed for next day delivery which was £6.99! Heard absolutely nothing and was told about warehouse relocation and how orders were delayed, got another email saying they are backlogged over 12 days work of orders and to hold on until next week! This is for someone’s birthday so don’t want to cancel but the customer service is rubbish as well as take ong money from account before they’ve even fulfilled or shipped my order! This needs to be displayed on the website to stop others from ordering during this period, or even better idea don’t take any orders while moving to miss this problem all together!
