Avoid this company at all costs, otherwise you'll be the one out of pocket.I recently placed an order with this company online, the order was confirmed and the money was taken from my account the same day.However, I they have failed to deliver:-Lack of Communication: Failure to deliver the items ordered within the timescale quoted. No confirmation of dispatch or tracking information has ever been provided and I'm still waiting for my order.Website Issues: The "track order" , "chat" and contact detail features on their website are non-functional, preventing anyone from contacting them.Customer Reviews: Numerous Trustpilot reviews indicate that many customers who placed orders weeks or even months ago have not received their deliveries.Lack of Transparency: I had to conduct my own research to find a contact email address for them company. I was then informed that the delivery delay was due to a warehouse relocation, despite the fact that Druids' relocation took place in May 2025. I fail to understand why this is still impacting orders placed in August. I was assured delivery would be within 3-4 working days, but no surprise nothing has arrived and their now not responding.Failure to Respond: Druids has failed to respond to my recent email requesting the order be cancelled and a refund issued.I have now reported them to my bank for a refund to be issued.
